My name is Alex, and am passionate about true health; mind, body and spirit. When I found out what seed oils were and how they are created, I had to make a radical change in my life. I changed all the products I use. I threw away cologne and deodorant forever. I changed all my detergents, shampoos. conditioners, and cleaning products. And the most influential, I changed the toothpaste I was using and the moisturizer I was putting on my face and body.

And thats when I discovered tallow - natures moisturizer. I had bought a tallow product and it was amazing. It was minimal, had 3-4 ingredients, and worked exactly how I wanted it to - it moisturized and nourished my skin, without feeling greasy, and didn't poison me with fake, processed, endocrine-disrupting chemicals.

I was so inspired by the product, and felt like the company was making such a killing that I couldn't not enter the market. In July of 2023, I felt like someone needed to compete with them, and I was the perfect one to do it. One month later, I launched Snake Oil Tallow with my first product "Daily Tallow Moisturizer".

I am building slowly, and I am eager and excited to serve the people I keep in mind when I make these handmade cosmetics. I appreciate all your support, especially my friends and family. You have been indispensable to the initiation of this health-conscious company.
