Like all natural products, this pomade is sensitive to hot and cold temperatures. For the best experience and use - keep the product at room temperature.

- Like all natural products, this pomade can be sensitive to hot and cold temperatures.
- Hot temperatures and direct sunlight can really soften the product
- Cold temperatures can make the product a bit tough and hard to get your finger into (will soften with heat from your fingers/palm)
- Keep at room temperature for best use

- Use your finger to scoop out a small amount of pomade
- Warm up the product by working into the palm of your hand and fingers
- Spread through hair with my fingers, use a comb if that helps you achieve the style you are seeking
- Having slightly damp hair can help create an even application of the product

I’ve been using Snake Oil Tallow for well over a year now and it is the best stuff I’ve used! Super high quality ingredients, 100% natural, and the tallow is grass-fed which is awesome. I love all the products they offer but the Tallow & Clay Pomade and the Tallow & Honey Salve are my favorite. I have sensitive skin and psoriasis so I try to use natural products and this stuff is incredible and makes my skin feel amazing. I use the Tallow & Honey Salve on my face and body and even use it in my beard. I would highly recommend any of the Snake Oil Tallow products for anyone who is looking for the best quality handmade products on the market. And the owner is an amazing guy who is super passionate about his products and the quality!

I’ve used in 100 degree dry heat in Idaho, and super disgusting 95 degree 90% humidity in Georgia. No affect on the pomade in either climate. A little goes a long way and doesn’t leave my head feeling oily or slick. This is so much better than other pomades that I’ve used. Love that it’s unscented; I don’t need my head competing with my cologne.
Having thin straight hair it is hard to find a product that helps give volume but isn’t so heavy! This is what I have been looking for, I do have to say I was skeptical at first as it doesn’t have the same consistency as your “normal” salon products but a little goes a long way!
